Project
How does journalism gain more ownership over its digital relationship with the public?
A nine-month programme (started March 2026) with 27 journalism professionals. Instead of solving problems for a single organisation, this programme looks for collective strategies that help the whole sector. The goal: to let news organisations decide for themselves how they reach their audience, so they can develop story formats and business models that fit their mission.
Part of this programme is MeshMedia, through which we experiment with independent, radically local ways of distributing news.
