Director and founder of Post-X Society

Pieter van Boheemen went from biotechnologist and self-declared hacker to democracy techie. He led several labs at Waag, then worked at the Rathenau Institute, Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences and the University of Applied Philosophy, and founded Post-X Society to accelerate transitions. He now coordinates the election observatory HEIO and is a co-founder of the Democratie Monitor.

Democracy and technology, disinformation and foreign interference, digital autonomy, and societal transition. Pieter translates complex analyses into practical resilience, and builds the alternatives himself.
